What Happens If I Am Not In When Delivery Is Attempted?

If you are not home when delivery is attempted and you have provided delivery instructions, the courier will try to follow them where possible.

If no instructions are provided, the courier may attempt to leave your parcel in a safe location or with a neighbour. A delivery card or tracking update may be provided.

If delivery cannot be completed after the courier’s allowed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

How Do I Track My Delivery?

Can I Change My Order After I Have Placed It?

Returning Unwanted Items

Returning Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact China Bazaar UK customer support as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a short explanation of the issue.

If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will advise you on the next steps, which may include replacement, refund or return instructions.

Slight damage to outer packaging during delivery may not be treated as product damage if the product itself is not affected.

Missing Items

If your order contains multiple items, it may arrive in more than one parcel. Please check your tracking details and all packaging carefully.

Sometimes smaller items may be packed inside larger items for safe delivery.

If you have received all parcels and an item is still missing, please contact us within 7 working days so we can look into it for you.
