How much does delivery cost?
Your delivery charge depends on what you order and where your order is being delivered.
The easiest way to see your delivery cost is to enter your postcode in your shopping basket before checkout.
Saver Delivery: If you spend £100 or more on Saver Eligible items, you receive FREE Saver Delivery on these items. Saver Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses.
Large Furniture Delivery: A separate charge of £10 is applied for large furniture deliveries per order.
| Area | Regular Delivery | Large Item Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| UK Mainland | £3.95 | £10.00 |
| Other Areas | £11.49 | £11.99 |
Please note: Delivery availability may vary by postcode. We currently do not deliver to Jersey.
What is Large Furniture Delivery?
Large furniture items are delivered using a specialist delivery service because they require extra handling.
For orders that include a large furniture item, a £10 delivery charge applies to these items.
There is only one Large Furniture Delivery charge per order.
If your order also includes smaller items, a separate delivery charge may apply for those items unless they qualify for free delivery.
What is Saver Delivery?
Saver Delivery is our best value way of sending eligible items to your home.
If you spend £100 or more on Saver Eligible items, you receive FREE Saver Delivery on those items.
This offer is automatically applied during checkout once your delivery and billing details have been entered.
If your order does not qualify for Saver Delivery, standard delivery charges will apply.

We aim to deliver standard parcel orders within 4 working days from the date your order was placed, for orders placed before 6pm Monday to Saturday.
Deliveries to non-UK mainland, Scottish Highlands, remote areas and BFPO addresses may take longer.
Standard parcels are normally delivered Monday to Saturday, typically between 8:00am and 7:00pm.
Large items may be delivered by a specialist courier and can take up to 10 working days.
Delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, bank holidays, bad weather or courier delays.
- Delivery promise applies to eligible orders placed before 6pm Monday to Saturday.
- Bank holidays may add extra delivery time.
- Some products may be sent directly by suppliers and may take longer.
- Peak trading periods can affect delivery times.
How do I track my home delivery order?
We will email your tracking details as soon as your order is with the courier and available to track.
You can also track your order from the My Account section on our website.
If you checked out as a guest, your order may not appear in the account tracking area.
When do you normally attempt deliveries?
Medium and large parcels are normally delivered by courier Monday to Saturday, typically between 8:00am and 7:00pm.
What happens if I am not home and delivery is attempted?
If you are not home at the time of delivery and have provided special delivery instructions, the courier will try to follow those instructions where possible.
If no instructions are provided, the courier may try to leave your order in a safe location on your property and leave a card to let you know where it has been placed.
If a safe location cannot be found, the courier may attempt to leave the order with a neighbour and leave a card with the delivery information.
A total of three delivery attempts may be made. After this, the parcel may be returned to us.
If tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, please check your tracking details first. If you are still unable to locate your order, contact our customer support team for help.
